Not happy for any reason? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you.

If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work as described, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Changed your mind? Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send return instructions. Once we receive the item, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

How to start a claim Email fallbackwater@gmail.com with your order number and, for damaged or defective items, a photo. We reply within 1 to 2 business days.

Lost or late packages If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier and reship or refund.

Package protection If you added package protection ($6.98) at checkout and your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, email us with your order number and we'll ship a free replacement. You don't need to file a carrier claim, and that includes packages marked delivered that you can't find. Without package protection, we'll help you file a claim with the carrier for a package marked delivered. Package protection is optional and is refunded with your order if you cancel before it ships.
